Vinification method: This dry rosé sparkling wine is made using the same traditional method as in Champagne. We use a light fruity base wine (rosé) which is bottled and then laid on racks for 12 months in order to produce delicate bubbles and elegant aromas.
Wine and food : This festive sparkling dry wine is ideal for an aperitif and for special occasions; it should be drunk whilst young and is at its best when served well chilled.
