Grape variety: Cabernet Franc – picked from “old” vines
Soil: gravel and clay
Vinification method : the 2 oldest parcels on the estate produce a beautifully concentrated wine, rich in tannins which is matured for 18 months in brand new oak barrels. Bottled in very limited quantities.

Wine and food: This is powerful, pleasing wine which goes as well with a big plate of charcuterie as it does with the best cuts of red meat. This charming wine, rich in taste sensations, is reserved for lovers of life’s small pleasures.
